We live in a fast-paced, high-demands culture that constantly tells us to do and be more. As a result, many of us have developed a hurried, high-stress lifestyle. But our minds, souls, and bodies weren’t designed to live on overdrive. If we’re constantly running from one task and responsibility to next, with little to no down time, then we’ll likely see our anxiety levels rise. But there are some easy ways to break this cycle and counter our stress. This, in turn, increased our inner calm.

Award-winning author, inspirational speaker, and life coach, Tina Yeager hosts the Flourish-Meant Podcast and publishes Inkspirations Online, a weekly devotional for writers. Check out Beautiful Warrior: Finding Victory Over the Lies Formed Against You and her courses at Serious Writer Academy.
