Back in 2020 we began offering a "Custom 7 Day Workout Plan" which allowed customers to purchase a workout plan that is designed by Meredith to cater specifically to their fitness goals. This plan consists of specifically chosen workout videos from our growing library which is something you can follow throughout the week. Since releasing this plan, we've learned so many new things about the people that purchased them and also about ourselves.
