Why it’s hard for us to find the time to meditate during our day because we feel we don’t have enough time but also how we don’t realize that you only need a few minutes a day.4). How trying a guided meditation class or group setting may be a great way for you to get introduced to meditation and how it can help you feel more relaxed when trying it out.5). How aging puts a lot of strain on our minds with so many things we deal with from family, work, money, responsibilities etc. and how meditation could be a tool you can use to help manage all of these things.///Thank you again for joining us today for this episode.
