Brittany Whelan joins us to share her story and reminds us that praying for our spiritual leaders is critical for us to partake in as believers. We discuss how people are are broken, but God is not. So, what does that mean? Brittany shares about her experience and encourages us to pray for our church leaders, to expect brokenness in the church, and to partner with God in praying for that brokenness to heal. Please enjoy this story of faith!

"The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds." 2 Corinthians 10:4

"I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth." 1 Timothy 2 :1-4

"Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith." Hebrews 13:7
