Kathryn is joined by Donna Bur (wife, mom of three grown children, and hair stylist/ salon owner). Donna talks about her experience growing up Catholic and how God pursued her in small moments along the way, changing her intimidation of God to one of "crawling into his lap" and being loved by Him. Donna talks about a significant accident her husband experienced, and how that shook up her life. Donna also acknowledges a specific time where her prayer life was ignited, specifically from a book called, "Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire" by Jim Cymbala. She also speaks on finding her identity in Christ - which in her case, involvles Athena, protector! Please enjoy Donna's beautiful story and have a blessed week ahead!

I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better."
Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
Zephaniah 3: 16-17
"In that day it will be said to Jerusalem:
“Do not be afraid, O Zion;
Do not let your hands fall limp.“The LORD your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will exult over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy."

Kathryn Calibeo is a full-time mom to two busy boys, and works part-time as a Sales Representative for a technology solutions company. Kathryn has earned her Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing with an emphasis on editing and publishing from Michigan State University. After graduating, she worked as an intern with a Christian organization at Michigan State University, where she had the privilege of overseeing the freshmen and Greek Life bible studies, weekly gatherings, retreats, and discipleship programs.
Kathryn now lives in Michigan with her husband of 6 years, their two boys, and their adopted Yorkie-Poo. Kathryn currently attends church at Woodside Bible Church, where she has served on the women’s writing team and has led various small groups. Kathryn has been podcasting since 2018 and currently serves on the board for Sparkle, a women's ministry organization, where the podcast Sparkle Speak was born!
