We're excited to welcome Dan Reiland back to the 95 Podcast! If you don't remember, Dan is the executive pastor at 12Stone Church just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He's worked for decades in ministry and has honed his craft in teaching others how to lead effectively. Recently, he spent some time with us discussing how to create a thriving church, a conversation filled with practical tips and wisdom for pastors.

Dan just released his new devotional book, Leadership Alone Isn't Enough, and we're so excited to talk to him about it. The book incorporates 40 short devotions designed to refresh and deepen the connection between you and God. Each devotion is only about three pages long and has a reflection question at the end—a perfect design for pastors and leaders who need encouragement. Tune in to see what Dan has to say!

Meet Your Hosts
Dale is a man with a powerful calling to help weary and worn pastors and church leaders.

He has been in ministry for 40 years. In July 2018, he accepted the position as the Executive Director of 95Network, and in September of 2020, he published his first book Stalled: Hope and Help for Pastors Who Thought They'd Be There By Now. His years of ministry have grown a deep love for small and midsize congregations — the backbone of the American church. He believes in the mission of 95Network, not only because it equips small churches to thrive, but also because it connects weary church leaders with friends and partners who care.

Dale and his wife Gina have been married 39 years, have three daughters, two sons- in-law, and two awesome grandchildren!
Caralee graduated with a Communications degree from Clemson University in 2008 and has spent the last 13 years working in content marketing, writing, and editing. As a pastor’s kid who grew up in midsize churches, she’s witnessed the challenges that come with ministry and has a passion for serving those in need and seeing churches succeed. She loves working with the foster parent resource center through her church and leading a community group with her husband.

Caralee currently lives in Greer, SC with her husband, David, and their two kids, Nora and Foster.
