Easter Sunday is quickly approaching—and it’s the first one in two long years that might actually look “normal” for most of us. With that in mind, we decided to do a special bonus episode with one of our very own team members, Travis Stephens, to talk through some ideas on how to make the most of your Easter Sunday service. Travis recently wrote a blog series that outlines strategies for pastors, staff, and volunteers to prepare for the upcoming holiday. As a busy pastor or ministry leader, we know you might not have tons of time or resources to devote to making this Easter “the best one ever.” But we want you to know (and Travis even mentions this in the podcast) that it’s not about your performance, the grandeur of the Easter Sunday production, or even the number of people who show up at your church that morning. You can let go of some of that pressure when you remember that if even one person hears one thing that moves them towards Christ, you’ve done your job. We’re praying for you!  Show Notes:…ns-bonus-episode/ Support the show (

Meet Your Hosts
Dale is a man with a powerful calling to help weary and worn pastors and church leaders.

He has been in ministry for 40 years. In July 2018, he accepted the position as the Executive Director of 95Network, and in September of 2020, he published his first book Stalled: Hope and Help for Pastors Who Thought They'd Be There By Now. His years of ministry have grown a deep love for small and midsize congregations — the backbone of the American church. He believes in the mission of 95Network, not only because it equips small churches to thrive, but also because it connects weary church leaders with friends and partners who care.

Dale and his wife Gina have been married 39 years, have three daughters, two sons- in-law, and two awesome grandchildren!
Caralee graduated with a Communications degree from Clemson University in 2008 and has spent the last 13 years working in content marketing, writing, and editing. As a pastor’s kid who grew up in midsize churches, she’s witnessed the challenges that come with ministry and has a passion for serving those in need and seeing churches succeed. She loves working with the foster parent resource center through her church and leading a community group with her husband.

Caralee currently lives in Greer, SC with her husband, David, and their two kids, Nora and Foster.
