In today’s church, having small groups isn’t a new phenomenon. Over the past couple of decades, many of us have seen how small groups can provide an avenue for people to grow closer to God and to stay connected with each other. Having other people who know you, keep you accountable, and support you is such a blessing. In this episode, we’re thrilled to talk to Allen White about the role that small groups can play in our churches. Allen has spent over 30 years in ministry and has dedicated countless hours to uncovering what works (and what doesn’t) for small groups and leaders. He provides a wealth of knowledge about creating effective and successful group efforts. Are you interested in starting a small group at your church? Do you have small groups but want help building them or identifying leaders to help own the cause? Listen in and see what Allen has to say! Show Notes:  https://www.95network.org/the-benefits-of-…hite-episode-123/Support the show (https://www.95network.org/contact-us/)

Meet Your Hosts
Dale is a man with a powerful calling to help weary and worn pastors and church leaders.

He has been in ministry for 40 years. In July 2018, he accepted the position as the Executive Director of 95Network, and in September of 2020, he published his first book Stalled: Hope and Help for Pastors Who Thought They'd Be There By Now. His years of ministry have grown a deep love for small and midsize congregations — the backbone of the American church. He believes in the mission of 95Network, not only because it equips small churches to thrive, but also because it connects weary church leaders with friends and partners who care.

Dale and his wife Gina have been married 39 years, have three daughters, two sons- in-law, and two awesome grandchildren!
Caralee graduated with a Communications degree from Clemson University in 2008 and has spent the last 13 years working in content marketing, writing, and editing. As a pastor’s kid who grew up in midsize churches, she’s witnessed the challenges that come with ministry and has a passion for serving those in need and seeing churches succeed. She loves working with the foster parent resource center through her church and leading a community group with her husband.

Caralee currently lives in Greer, SC with her husband, David, and their two kids, Nora and Foster.
