For many people, their workplace has become their greatest source of stress and anxiety. This is where they spend the majority of their time and, often, around unpleasant and perhaps unkind people. Due to the impact our employment has on us financially, this is also the one area that has the greatest capacity to impact one's sense of security. In this episode, Dr. Tim Kimmel shares how shifting our views regarding our employment, living in God's grace, and intentionally bringing God's grace into these often highly diverse and potentially tense environments can increase our peace and fulfillment.
