Humans also have a God-created desire for significance and achievement. When we feel a divine nudge to step forward and to take on new roles or responsibility, many of us wrestle with conflicting emotions. What if we take that step forward and irritate our boss? What if we leave our current employment to work fro another company and regret our decision? What if we're unable to pay our bills? And perhaps worse, what if we remain so paralyzed in fear that we never discover our true potential?
