Many people experience increased depression and anxiety during the holidays. This year, with all the changes we’ve endured and the uncertainty and difficulties that come with weathering a global pandemic, many are struggling to grab hold of any semblance of peace.

With a look at that first Christmas when God pierced our dark and hurting world with light, Jennifer Slattery helps listeners honestly evaluate their emotions and find joy and peace in the middle of all they are and may encounter this Christmas.
