We’ve probably all had times when life felt so challenging or frightening, or our anxious thoughts too strong, that we struggled to find the words to pray. During those moments, many find it helpful to use prompts or prayer guides. God has provided numerous examples throughout Scripture we can use to direct, deepen, and revitalize our prayer life. These prayers provide additional benefit as well in that they can help us better understand the historical events in which these prayers were offered while revealing a glimpse of God’s heart.

Join Jennifer Slattery and Kelly Cambell in their conversation with Cricket Keeth, author of the Bible study titled "Before the Throne" to hear about two powerful prayers discussed in her latest Bible study and how such prayers can decrease our anxiety and increase our faith and intimacy with Christ.
