Our sin requires payment. Because of God’s mercy (he does not give us what we deserve) he does the unthinkable: he spares us by sacrificing his own son for our sins. What would motivate a holy God to send his perfect, holy Son to die for a sinful people? Love. His compassionate, unexplainable, radical love for us compels him to be merciful to us.

In this episode, Kia covers:

- God’s mercy toward women in the Bible.
- Kia asks: where do you need to take how of God’s mercy in your life?

Kia Stephens is a wife and homeschooling mom of two who is passionate about encouraging the hearts of women. For this reason, she created The Father Swap Blog to help women exchange their father wounds for the love of God the Father. Kia is also the founder of Entrusted Women, which she created to equip Christian women communicators of color. Kia's writing has been featured on iBelieve, Beloved Women, Proverbs 31 Ministries, Crosswalk and (in)courage. In addition to these ministries, Kia faithfully serves in Bible Study Fellowship and her local church.
