Cyberbullying is on the rise. Lack of supervision and 24/7 accessibility feeds this problem. Robrenna talks about some practical steps we can take to protect our kids from cyberbullying – and to keep them from being a bully online.

Questions to ponder with your girl:

• How does she feel after engaging on social media?
• Has she ever experienced escalated digital drama? If so, what happened?
• What does she think about name-calling on social media?
• How can she be compassionate (to others and herself) in the heat of the moment?
