Today, Robrenna talks with family friend Bill Kollar, the Leadership Development Director at Cru, a college campus, interdenominational Christian parachurch organization. He and Missy are parents to four children. Bill has worked for Cru for the past 33 years.

Here are some of the topics they discuss:

1. How Genz feels about God and the Bible: they are both open to religion and spiritual matters, but also distruss religious institutions and leaders.

2. Bill’s personal experiences interacting with Gen Z: the key is conversations.

3. What topics Bill often talks with GenZ’ers about (i.e.: anxiety, loneliness, faith and science)

3. What do GenZ’ers yearn for? (The Big Three questions: identity, belonging, purpose - see article link below)

4. What makes Bill hopeful about GenZ?

5. What should encourage parents about their GenZ’ers?
