Overcoming Regret
March 22, 2023 - 41 min
Regret can be a powerful emotion that can keep us from moving forward. We all experience regret to some degree in our lives, whether it be regret for something we have done in the past, or for something that was done to us. Regardless of the source, regret can become overwhelming and can have a negative impact on our ability to do what God has called us to do.
When we allow regret to keep us in the past, it can be like a chain that pins us down and holds us back. We can become so focused on what happened years ago that we don't look forward and we don't move forward. We can regret the things we have done to others, the decisions we have made, or the trauma we have experienced. We can even regret missed opportunities, such as in relationships, business, or financially. The big question is "How do we overcome Regret"?
Today on the March or Die Show I offer ten steps you can take to overcome and begin moving forward with hope and purpose.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Where Faith and Life Meet
March 14, 2023 - 40 min
How do you live out your Faith in an environment that is not exactly "faith affirming"? Is it possible to be both a consistent Christian and an effective workplace leader? Even though we often choose to believe that we need to either be good at our job or be an outgoing person of faith, with the right tools and the character to apply them, it is not only possible, but we have BEEN CALLED to do both! Today's guest on The March or Die Show is someone who understands this from a place of life experience. Command Sergeant Major Demetris Prewitt has spent his life leading at a very high level in the United States Army, but has also made a priority of publicly and faithfully living out his faith. And, in order to equip others to be consistent in their faith walk, he has recently written a book that helps to lay the foundation for a consistent Christian life. If you are someone who has struggled to live out your faith in the workplace or simply need to better understand why you believe what you believe, this episode will be a great encouragement. Listen all the way through, share with someone else, and then follow the link below for more.

I am too broken to move forward
March 8, 2023 - 35 min
While we can come up with so many reasons to stop moving forward in our lives, the truth is that many of these reasons exist only in our own hearts and minds! We look at our past and conclude that we are too broken or feel that we don't DESERVE to move forward because we consistently make bad decisions. Today on The March or Die Show, we look at a man in the Old Testament who had a past that could have been an episode of Jerry Springer, made a really bad decision even after God decided to use him, but made an impact on his world IN SPITE OF his past and bad decisions. I love looking at many of these Old Testament characters because they give me hope. What I learn is that if I will just keep moving forward I can make an impact as well. From this little known man in the Bible we learn some incredible lessons. I hope that you will be encouraged to stop making excuses and begin to move forward.

Understanding and Finding Victory in Spiritual Warfare
March 1, 2023 - 40 min
"Life just isn't as it should be!" Have you ever said that to yourself? Maybe you have even said it today! Although we do not always acknowledge that we are in a Spiritual War, most of us do understand that there is something very off in this world. Perhaps, as my guest today explains, we need to realize that we are in a wilderness between the perfection of the Garden of Eden and the perfection of the New Jerusalem. And, as we travel through this wilderness, there is a very real enemy that seeks to destroy all that we hold dear.
My guest today is Dr. Brian Haynes who is an author and speaker and serves as the lead pastor of Bay Area Church in League City Texas. In his new book, "War in the Wilderness:Fight For Your Family When Life Isn't As It Should Be", Brian explains the nature of the spiritual battle that we are in as well as the victory that can be found when we yield our lives to God. Using personal illustration and an examination of scripture, we find hope and purpose when life seems dark and out of control. This is a very helpful episode of The March or Die Show that you will want to share with others in your life.

You Can Dig My Grave But I Won't Stay In It- An Interview with "The Voice" winner Todd Tilghman
February 22, 2023 - 32 min
So often when we think of Success, we think that it will be a straight line. We start in the beginning and if we just keep moving eventually we will get to the top. Whatever the top is. Real success, though, is moving forward through a life that includes ups and downs while focusing on what God has set in front of you today. It can be easy to "miss the trees for the forest" as they say, but we need to be engaged in every moment while continuing to press.
My guest today, "The Voice" Season 18 winner and recording artist Todd Tilghman, embodies the March or Die principles by reflecting a sincere desire to follow God forward through every stage and all of the ups and downs of life. Whether success in family, business or Music, Todd knows what it is to get up and do the hard work. He has described it this way: "It's passion, and closed doors, and excitement, and disappointment, and work. Lots of work."

Moving Forward With Courage
February 15, 2023 - 32 min
One of the major reasons we decide to stop moving forward is fear. It may be fear of the unknown or fear of what others will think or even the fear of how difficult moving forward may be. If we are going to continue to March when it would be easier to stay where we are and Die, we need to learn how to push fear aside and move forward courageously. Today on The March or Die Show we learn from a man in the Bible who had to be told by God four times in a row to be courageous, what it takes to move forward with confidence even when we don't feel so confident. How do we Move Forward Courageously? Let's figure it out together on The March or Die Show. For more information visit www.jeremystalnecker.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Life Lessons From a 100 Mile Race
February 8, 2023 - 32 min
We learn alot about ourselves and about life when we experience the overwhelming. This is why it's so important to put ourselves in difficult situations BEFORE someone or something else does. We need to do hard things so that we can learn how to navigate the inevitable challenges of life and It's always better to learn how to March when it would be easier to Die before those become the only two choices. In this week's episode of The March or Die Show I talk about several of the lessons I learned as I completed a 100 mile Ultra Endurance Race. The race was quite an experience, but I hope that I will apply the lessons learned to the rest of my life!www.jeremystalnecker.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
How To Avoid A Crisis Of Faith
February 1, 2023 - 34 min
What does it mean when someone talks about "Deconstructing" their faith or having a "Crisis of Faith"? How do we view those terms in light of what the Bible says and, how do we follow the admonition of Hebrews 10:23 to "Hold fast the profession of our faith"? AND, what does all of this have to do with March or Die? So many questions that I believe are answered on this week's episode of the podcast. If you or someone that you know has struggled with faith, you need to listen to this episode. I hope that you will be challenged and encouraged as we explore this together. For more information visit www.jeremystalnecker.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Fighting When You Don't Think You Can Win
January 25, 2023 - 46 min
How do you keep fighting when you don't think you can win? I love listening to the stories of those who have done just that because it motivates me to keep Marching when it would be easier (and may make more sense) to stay where I am and die. Today on The March or Die Show I have the privilege of sharing a recent conversation that I had with Jeff and Jordan Harmon of Angel Studios. Even if you are unfamiliar with the Harmon Brothers or Angel Studios, I am sure you have heard of their incredible series, The Chosen. While we may look at the success that they have had in producing this life-changing series and think that it must have been easy, today they tell the story of fighting against nearly insurmountable odds to keep the studio going when it seemed like they would not make it. This is an encouraging interview that I hope will motivate you to keep going even when it seems like you cannot possibly make it.The Chosen Series and Angel Studios can be found at www.Angel.comSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
