Our guest today says childhood anxiety rates are soaring, especially among girls, and she should know because she counsels them and their families every day in her practice outside of Nashville, TN. Because of this issue, we thought it was important to dedicate an entire episode to helping parents know what contributes to anxiety and worry and how they can empower their daughters to overcome their fears.
