A Prayer For Diligence

Proverbs 10:4–5 reminds us, “A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a prudent son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who brings shame."

In this episode, we reflect on what true diligence looks like—not frantic striving, but steady persistence over time. Through personal stories of learning to read as a child and helping a son do the same, we see how small, consistent steps can lead to lasting growth.
