1300 new stepfamilies are forming every day. Over 50% of US families are remarried. The average marriage in America lasts only seven years. One out of two marriages ends in divorce. 75% remarry.

Can there be any doubt that ministry to blended families is desperately needed.

I don't think so, and that's why I've chosen to devote this entire season to supporting the blended family.

We have some amazing stories and wisdom to share.

On 10/3/23, Ron Deal, of Smart Stepfamilies is joining us to give an overview of what the blended family is, and name some of the challenges they face.

On 10/10/23, Rachel G. Scott will lead us in a conversation about growing in your co-parenting.

Vanessa Martindale will join us on 10/17/23 to talk about the strain on our children as they blend together with new sisters and brothers. How to turn strangers into siblings is going to be so practical and helpful for blended families.

Remarriage doesn't always come after a divorce, so Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young will join us on 10/24/23 to talk about trusting God with your family after the loss of a spouse.
