All of us, at some point, can find ourselves in a dark place. Whether it’s due to trouble in a relationship, work, school. Maybe we can’t even pinpoint the cause of this overwhelming sadness. In this state it may even seem impossible to hear the voice of God. But, no matter what- you matter to Him. He loves you beyond what we can ever understand. https://salvationarmysoundcast.org/heartbeat Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.
The ability to bounce back after trauma is what psychologists call “post-traumatic growth.” This is a positive transformation that can occur when people go through serious stress, like as a chronic illness, injury, or disaster. Positive and transformational things can be gained from struggling through events like these. The worst thing that can happen to us can turn into something positive. https://salvationarmysoundcast.org/heartbeat Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.

Today, students are turning in essays and taking credit for something they didn’t create. Now imagine as they continue onto college, and then the workforce, only to be found out that they never took the time to learn for themselves. It’s the newest form of plagiarism. As children of God, we can behave similarly when we declare ourselves self-made, or we begin to celebrate our talents above the giver of them. So, today, let’s stop plagiarizing God’s glory and start living in humble gratitude. https://salvationarmysoundcast.org/heartbeat Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.

Hebrews 10:25 says, “Some people have gotten out of the habit of meeting together for worship, but we must not do that. We should keep on encouraging each other…” Don’t isolate! If you’ve gotten out of the habit of going to church, maybe you should go back. https://salvationarmysoundcast.org/heartbeat Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. https://salvationarmysoundcast.org/heartbeat Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.
