Most older adults feel that they may have some extra weight they'd like to lose. This is a common feeling but doesn't necessarily mean that you are unhealthy. However, regular exercise is one of the best ways to help lose weight and if you've never exercised before or have been away from it for an extended period of time, it can be challenging to embrace this habit.
