“Be happy with what you have, while working for what you want.”-Helen KellerThis week’s motivation goes towards so many aspects of life, but we are delving into the fitness part. We always want to jump to the end of the timeline and reach the goal in a day, and do not stop to be happy with the accomplishments we make along the way. As long as we wake up and keep working for it, we need to be happy and proud of ourselves.Support the showSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
“Sometimes all that matters is that you’re still trying.”This week’s motivation is about continuing to try. Sounds easy enough. But on the hardest of days, when we do not give ourselves credit and beat ourselves up because we didn’t do what we thought we should...but we did try! We tried our best, and that is all we can do, and all that should ever be asked of us.Support the showSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
“Today I will not stress over things I can’t control.”This week’s motivation is dealing with stress! An unfortunate part of life that we all face and deal with, some better than others. We know it is an inevitable fact of life, to have stress, but how we deal with it is what matters. Learning to be okay with not controlling things is a necessary part of it. And realizing there are so many things we have no control over, and that is okay!Support the showSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
“Staying positive doesn’t mean you have to be happy all the time. It means that even on hard days you know that there are better ones coming.”This week's motivation is a reminder to stay positive, through all that we are going through. With the time we are in, in the state of this world, it can be difficult to keep a positive mindset. But that is exactly what we should try to do, even if we are not happy with things in life. Stay positive so we are not brought down, because we know good is coming to us soon.Support the showSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
