If you’ve been following our workouts for a little while then you may already be aware of our popular “No Hops, No Squats & No Floor” workouts. These are workouts that are designed by Meredith that incorporate full body routines without any kind of squatting, hopping or movements where you need to transition to the floor.

These are some of our most popular workouts and we wanted to dedicate an episode to finding out how Meredith designs these type of exercises and finding out if they can still be effective for  you.
