Staying active and exercising regularly can be challenging enough but trying to do that while dealing with bad knees and/or knee pain can be even more challenging. when we deal with issues like knee pain it can be a big de-motivator and distract us from our real life health goals and issues.

Luckily you don’t have to let knee pain sideline you! It is still possible to stay active and exercise regularly if you take the proper steps safely. Keeping you in the game is what it’s all about and having the right knowledge on how to approach knee pain can keep us active for years to come:)
