Getting older doesn't necessarily mean that we have to put up with more aches and pains. This is a common complaint as we age and it seems as though aching more and dealing with pain is just something we have to deal with later in life. Fortunately, this is not always the case and there are things you can do to help minimize common aches and pains well into our golden years.
