In this podcast Meredith is diving into a few things to consider when it comes to keeping our hearts healthy. Focusing on installing heart healthy habits can make a big difference when it comes to keeping the most important muscle in our body healthy.

Taking care of our hearts often gets overlooked when we think about fitness and health. We tend to focus more on things like weight, appearance, strength etc and we  don’t put much focus on keeping our hearts strong. Join us as we take a deeper look into why heart health is so important:)

5). Why it’s important to take small steps when it comes to installing new habits and know that you can’t do it overnight. Don’t get discouraged, start small and build your healthy habits in over time.
