“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.” - Winston S. Churchill
This motivation is about success and failure. When we push ourselves to workout, we can sometimes let our minds control us. We sometimes feel like failures if we didn’t do something correctly. And then some days we feel on top of the world because we did something we didn’t think was possible! No matter the day and how we feel, we must remember to continue...success or failure!
