This week we’re taking a look at a part of the body that can cause many issues for people if not taken care of properly… the lower back. It seems as though we all go through a time in our lives where we can suffer from lower back issues. This is very common especially as we age.

We may not realize it but we use our back in everything we do. This can become very clear when we injure ourselves and are unable to do simple activities like walking or sitting. Our lower back is so important to us and because of this, we must take extra care when keeping it in good health.
