If you exercise regularly or have in the past then you most likely have had to take time off at some point in time. Life events happen whether they are medical issues, schedule changes or even fatigue, there are moments in our health and fitness journeys that may prevent us from regular exercise.

These kinds of events are normal and they happen to everyone. However, when it comes time to consider getting back into exercising on a regular basis there are things that can help you make this experience much less stressful. It's not easy gearing back up to exercise regularly when you've taken some time off but making sure you keep some of our best tips in mind will help and can get you back on track safely and effectively.
