Michigan based author and speaker, Karen Ehman, joins us to talk about her books "Keep It Shut: What to Say, How to Say It, and When to Say Nothing at All" and "Zip It: The Keep It Shut 40-Day Challenge".  We discuss her motivations for writing this book, as well as her inspiration for avoiding gossip.
