How to Journal for Non-Journalers with Donna Jones
Hey Friends!
I’ve used the practice of journaling in my regular time with the Lord for years, but I’ve never really felt like a “journaler.” I guess you could call me a reluctant journaler–a kind of a non-journaler, journaler. Looking back on my Christian life, though, I’m struck by how profoundly journaling has deepened my walk with God, impacted my prayer life, and made scripture come to life.
I’m also mindful of how easy it is for someone like me. And maybe, like you.
In this episode, I’ll break down some of the “myths” about journaling and share suggestions about what to write. I think you’ll love how simple and do-able journaling can be.
You are loved,
Donna
