Is God Disappointed in You? What Judges 3 Reveals (Judges 3:1-2)
Today's Bible Verse: "These are the nations the Lord left to test all those Israelites who had not experienced any of the wars in Canaan... He did this only to teach warfare to the descendants of the Israelites who had not had previous battle experience." — Judges 3:1–2
Judges 3:1–2 reveals a beautiful truth about God's character. After Israel entered the Promised Land, God allowed certain nations to remain—not because He had abandoned His people, but because He wanted to test them and teach a new generation to trust and depend on Him. What looked like a setback was actually an opportunity for spiritual growth.
