He Sees You Starting Over
Starting over isn’t easy. Whether it’s a new job, a relationship, or an unexpected life change, new beginnings can feel overwhelming. In this evening's prayer and devotional, Scripture reminds us that God treasures even the smallest steps forward.
Britt Mooney reflects on Abraham, who was called to begin anew at eighty years old. What looked like uncertainty became the foundation of God’s promises to His people. In the same way, our fresh starts, however small or stressful, are never insignificant when placed in God’s hands.
God often works through humble beginnings so that His glory shines through. Just as He multiplied loaves and fish, He can take your new season—no matter how fragile—and grow something beautiful and eternal.
Don’t despise the small starts. Trust Him to be faithful with them.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of new beginnings, even when they feel uncertain or difficult. You remain faithful through every season of change. Give me courage to trust You with what feels small and unfinished. Like Abraham, help me to step forward in obedience, believing that You will bring great things from humble starts. In Jesus’ name, amen.
