Heavenly Father,
Your love is greater than I can fathom, and I am so blessed to be Your beloved child. I confess that I let the world's fleeting perspectives determine my mood too often, but help me return my eyes to your unconditional acceptance and care. Help me better understand how loved and cherished I truly am by you.
I praise you for your perfect love.

1. Is your self-worth tangled up in the opinions of others?
   Take inventory of how others’ reactions impact your mood.

2. Imagine rooting your identity solely in God’s love.
   What would change if your confidence came from His unwavering view of you?

3. Release and rest.
   Spend a moment laying down people’s opinions at God’s feet. Then praise Him for how deeply He cherishes you.
