Have you ever paid attention to a new building being constructed in your neighborhood? If you stood nearby and just watched for an hour or two you wouldn’t see much progress. Maybe you’d see a window or two installed. But mostly you’d walk away seeing the house in much the same state as when you arrived. But if you were to watch a time lapse of this building you’d see that big things happen because of many small moments.
