Adolecent Nutritionist Bracha Kopstick is back! This time she and Robrenna sit down to discuss eating disorders and disordered eating. Since the pandemic, there have been huge increases in eating disorder diagnoises. Bracha helps us understand that eating disorders serve a purpose in our teens lives - a sense of control.
