Mental illness is a condition that affects most people at some point in our lives. Unfortunately it’s also a topic that often gets overlooked, ignored or mis-diagnosed.

Depression is one of the most common forms of mental illness and if not taken care of either in the form of therapy, medication or reaching out, it can lead to more long term issues affecting not just the mind but the body as well.

It’s so important to make it a priority to get help especially in these challenging times. Mental illness can lead to much more if not diagnosed correctly and taken care of.
