What to Do to Help Your Teen or Young Adult Be Healthy Emotionally and Mentally with Joe & Kristen Jarine
Hey Friend!
We continue to read more and more about mental health, especially for the teen and young adult communities. This has become a hot topic, not just because of its importance but because of necessity. Over the last several years, mental health statistics for these groups have escalated. Even mentally and emotionally “normal” teens and young adults struggle in ways previous generations did not. Is there anything a parent can do? Yes!
On the show today, my two dear friends, Joe and Kristen Jardine (Joe’s a licensed therapist and professor who specializes in teen and young adult issues) join me to discuss how parents can promote good mental health for their kids, what to do if a parent notices a problem, and much more. You’re going to love our conversation!
You are loved (and so is your teen or young adult!),
Donna
