Have you ever felt left out because of your faith?

Maybe you walked away from a situation because you knew it wasn't right. Maybe you skipped an event, conversation, or relationship because you wanted to honor God. And even when you know you made the right choice, being excluded can still hurt.

In this episode of HEARTBEAT, we explore the tension between following Christ and wanting to fit in. For young Christians especially, the pressure to belong, the fear of missing out, and the desire for approval can be difficult to navigate.

Jesus never promised that following Him would always be popular. In John 15:19, He reminds His followers that they are not defined by the world's acceptance. They have been chosen by Him.

When following Jesus makes you feel left out, remember that you are never left out of God's family. The approval of Christ is greater than the approval of any crowd.
